The short version: If you mail in your device and don't like our final offer, we'll ship it back to you for free — no questions asked.
In-Store Sales
When you sell your device in person at our Hollywood store, the sale is final once payment is issued and accepted. We inspect all devices on-site before making an offer, so you always know exactly what you're getting before you agree to anything. If you're not happy with the offer, simply take your device back — no obligation, no pressure.
Mail-In Sales
If you mail your device to us and we determine that the condition differs materially from your description, we will:
- Contact you with a revised offer before taking any further action.
- Give you the option to accept the revised offer or have your device returned.
- Ship your device back to you free of charge if you decline.
We will never complete a sale without your explicit acceptance of the final offer.
After Payment Is Issued
Once you have accepted our offer and payment has been issued (cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer), the sale is complete and final. We are not able to accept device returns or issue refunds after payment has been made and accepted by you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We use FedEx for all mail-in shipments. If your device is lost or damaged in transit on the way to us, please contact us immediately at (323) 378-5603. We will work with you and FedEx to resolve the claim. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the transaction is complete.
Disputes
If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
