Agreement to Terms
By using sellmacsforcash.com ("the Site") or selling a device to MacPro-LA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Our Service
MacPro-LA provides an Apple device buyback service. We purchase used MacBooks, iMacs, Mac minis, Mac Studios, Mac Pros, iPhones, iPads, and Apple displays from individuals. We offer two ways to sell:
- In-store drop-off — Bring your device to 1947 N. Cahuenga Blvd #104, Hollywood, CA 90068.
- Mail-in — We provide a free FedEx prepaid label. You ship the device; we inspect and pay within 24 hours of receipt.
Quotes and Offers
All quotes and estimates provided through this Site are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The final offer is made only after physical inspection of the device. If the condition differs from what was described:
- We will present a revised offer before completing the transaction.
- You may accept or decline the revised offer.
- If you decline and mailed the device, we will return it at no cost to you.
MacPro-LA is not obligated to purchase any device and reserves the right to decline any transaction.
Your Responsibilities
By selling a device to us, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the rightful owner of the device or are authorized to sell it.
- The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any lien or encumbrance.
- You have removed all personal data from the device (or consent to our secure data wipe).
- You have signed out of iCloud and disabled Find My on the device.
- The device is free from any active carrier lock that was not disclosed.
Selling stolen or fraudulently obtained devices is a crime. MacPro-LA complies with all applicable California laws regarding secondhand dealers and will report suspicious transactions to law enforcement.
Payment
Payment is made at the time of completed sale via cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer, as agreed. All sales are final once payment is issued and accepted.
Limitation of Liability
MacPro-LA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the device in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
